Ekomvo s.r.o. is a direct supplier of technological units and components for sludge management systems. As part of these deliveries, the company provides design, dimensioning, supply, and installation of vertical mixers for mixing and homogenizing the content of digestion tanks, including the supply of tank covers equipped with additional devices such as a liquid seal, pressure gauge, inspection opening with sight glass, radar level measurement of tank filling, piping, and more.

Deliveries are always carried out including the necessary inspections and tests for gas management systems.

When installing mixers, special attention is paid to:

• operational efficiency and installed electrical power consumption
• reasonable investment costs
• operational reliability and long service life
• strong mixing intensity of the tank contents at all height levels
• mixing of the medium in both horizontal and vertical directions
• breaking down the mixed medium into smaller particles for optimal biogas production linked to the gas management system
• easy maintenance and service

All digestion tank mixers are always designed and dimensioned according to the specific operating conditions, in cooperation with the customer.
